Receiving the news, Hanoi City Police immediately dispatched and mobilized 15 fire engines, rescue vehicles, transport vehicles and more than 100 officers and soldiers of the fire prevention and fighting forces. Mr. Van said that when he arrived at 0:23, the house was on fire and there were many people around. “I was scared to death. I waited a moment and saw the police coming in.
